Guys Don’t Want to Lose Their Hair

I know most guys act like they don’t care when they start losing hair, but I don’t believe most of them. Who doesn’t want to have a full head of hair if that is what they have had most of their lives? I know that when I started to lose my own hair, I started wearing a hat a lot more often because I just didn’t want to see the baldness. Rather than shave my head completely bald like I see so many guys doing, I looked into PRP therapy in Westchester County, NY instead.

I had heard about this treatment option for people who are losing their hair. Even though it sounded a bit extreme at first, careful research proved that it is not. It is simply a matter of taking blood from my body, separating the different parts of it, and then injecting the platelets back into my body. Continue reading

I Hope to Get My Knee Right

I think that I must have seen a couple dozen doctors since the accident. I was on my way to work in the carpool and we crossed paths with this idiot that was drunk at almost nine o clock in the morning. At any rate I have had to go into surgery five times since then, but it has not fixed everything and this doctor told me that perhaps I should go see a Dr.. Clark and get PRP treatment in New Rochelle, NY. It is going to take me some time to figure out how this is going to work, especially with regard to my insurance company and whether or not it is going to pay for this. From what I can tell this is not a thing that is very popular with those sorts of people, if only because it is new. So far no one from my insurance company is willing to tell me a yes or no answer.

At any rate I am really going to hope that something is going to work. Continue reading

We Want to Get Something for Both of My Grandparents

The fact that my grandfather hasn’t had a headstone on his grave for the past five years has really bothered me and my mom. but our goal was to wait until Grandma one day passed away so that we could look at Jewish monuments in New Jersey that would allow us to put both of their names on it after grandma was buried. We lost her a week ago, and mom and I have been looking to see what we would like to get as a monument.

Grandma was this tiny little lady who was the quintessential grandmother. She was sweet. She sounded like she always had honey on her tongue when people heard her soft accent. She baked things. Oh, did she ever bake things! Grandma would smile as she would watch me walk into her home, hug her and then start sniffing the air. Anytime that she knew I was coming over, she immediately had baked goods read. Continue reading
